Senate Will Discuss Klamath Water Conflict As Irrigation Shutoffs Continue

Water regulators are ordering dozens of ranchers in Oregon’s Upper Klamath River Basin to shut down their irrigation pumps. The water shutoffs jeopardize a cattle ranching industry while protecting the treaty rights of tribes and fish downstream.
